 "In a ruling of 7 July 2020, the Court of Appeal in The Hague ruled that ING and the former CEO Mr. Ralph Hamers are to be heard in connection with the US Receiver’s complaint against the 3 September 2018 EUR 775 million settlement between the Dutch Public Prosecutor Office and ING. A date for the hearing is yet to be set."
